About
Hey,
how's it going? My name is Joshua Riverdale and this is my home on the
web. Professionally, I'm a web developer and search marketer, and the Internet
provides me with a familiar set of social tools that I use to help navigate
the tricky yet rewarding waters of transcending gender. My
lifestream is
where these efforts collide.
I write a fairly detailed transition blog where I focus on presenting well-researched information about the medical and practical aspects of FTM transition. I publish a companion YouTube channel to inject video into that narrative. I tweet daily, with a heavy slant toward #transgender and related topics. I'm also the editor and publisher of TransGuys.com, the Internet's magazine for transgender men.
Outside of shape shifting, I love hiking every day to the beach with my dog, working out, playing guitar, cycling, gardening and watching MLB. I've been a Deadhead since I was 12. I read predominantly sci-fi. I have natural vampire teeth. I'm originally from Montreal, Canada, and today I live in the Gulf Islands of British Columbia with my longtime GF. I'm good with a chain saw and I think Kwanzaa Cake is hilarious.
Want to hire me? Web development, search marketing and social media are my passions. Get in touch to see examples of my work.
