I had my top surgery double incision in May 2009, and had great results. Dr Garramone was my surgeon. He and his entire staff were wonderful, and made the process go very smoothly! I had a large chest before, and he did a GREAT job. I am VERY happy with the results!

I had Surgery with Dr Garramone in summer of 2008 and was pleased immediately. He is a great person & a fantastic surgeon! I was DDD and now go around shirtless with complete confidence.

Excellent surgeon, great bedside manner and terrific staff. I had surgery 17 months ago. My scars are barely noticeable. No complications.

I had chest surgery with Dr. Garramone three weeks ago today. I couldn’t be happier with the results. He is a great guy, very professional. I have to say, it was an extremely positive experience and, as far as I’m concerned, he IS the very best at what he does. His staff is very helpful and respectful, and he actually is LESS expensive than most of the other surgeons out there doing chest masculinization. BIG thumbs up. And Fort Lauderdale is beautiful. I highly recommend him.

hmmm very interesting everything i see here i like!just worried about scaring as i have diabetes,so i am juts wondering what the diffrence is and the extra complications?but i love what i see on dr.garramone site!cheers

@josh: I know there are some surgeons who won’t operate on patients with diabetes, but I don’t think Dr. Garramone is one of them. The only info I’ve seen about diabetes and scarring relates to the scarring of internal organs. To find out what special considerations there would be, do a search for “diabetes and surgery” and you should find some helpful resources. Also, you could contact Dr. G’s office and see if they can offer some information and advise.

Thanks for your comment, Tom. I’m not sure I understand it though. This post is a little more than an ad (and was not sponsored.) Even if it were an ad, why would that be problematic? Dr. G offers a service to trans men, so his inclusion here is highly relevant.
